Event Design:

Starting at: $800.00

Our team can help you come up with not only an aesthetic or mood for your day but also plans all the details with you. This could include bridesmaid and groomsmen attire, gift and guestbook table ideas, table décor, ceremony site décor, or reception site decorations. But don’t let these ideas hold you back. We can be here to guide you in whatever design details you can dream up.

Set Up and Take Down:

Starting at: $1,150.00

We will come on over the day of and set up your picture perfect day as well as take down at the end of the evening. This makes for a no stress day you can actually enjoy.


Starting at: $1,499.00 

From coordinating to full service planning we can customize anything from start to finish to fit your needs and budget. We will be on site from morning until night making sure your details of your important day run smoothly. From contact with all vendors to helping clean up we have you covered.

Outdoor/Backyard Wedding Assistance (150 people or less)

Starting at: $1,300.00

  • On Site Consultation. We will talk about tent placement, ceremony/reception options, parking etc.
  • Figure out what rental items are needed and book them with the rental company (tent, tables, chairs, linens etc.)
  • Communicate any changes with the rental company as your guest count goes up or down.
  • We will be onsite to help with the set up of the tables & chairs, making any necessary changes based on layout needs.
  • On the day the tent is delivered, we will help set up/prep as much as we can for the day: Example: Put out signs, set up garbage cans, put up lights, run extension cords etc.
