Basic Package: Wedding Day Management
This package is great for couples who are detail-oriented, plan to keep their day-of classic and uncomplicated for themselves and their guests, and just need a key person in place the day-of to execute the couple’s well-laid-out plans! We will meet two weeks before your big day, walk through all your plans/details, and I will oversee that your day flows smoothly! This plan does not include rehearsal coordination/execution.

Includes:
● All-You-Need Wedding Planning Packet, including thorough checklists to ensure you are crossing off all your to-do’s
● One (1) virtual coordination meeting 2 weeks out from your wedding day
● Unlimited email access to your coordinator
● Confirmation of vendors’ day-of arrival/departure times
● Seamless wedding day timeline is created for you and your vendor team
● Up to (8) hours on location day-of, coordinating the timing and flow of your day, timing of reception events, time management for wedding party/family, overseeing vendors
● Assistance with setup (as discussed in detail ahead of time at the coordination meeting): typically 1-2 hours of coordinator’s time put toward any setup needed for: guest book/welcome/gift table(s), place cards, favors, table decor, moving ceremony florals/decor to be reused for reception, etc
● Bridal Emergency Kit on location
Starting at $1299
***Clients who choose the BASIC Wedding Management Package will be expected to arrive at the Coordination Meeting (2 weeks out from the wedding), with all the weddingdetails/ plans in place, as this is the only meeting with the Coordinator. Clients are responsible to confirm vendor day-of obligations, coordinate all logistics with their vendor team, coordinate and execute their own rehearsal, and understand that their Coordinator
is fulfilling only what has been discussed in detail at the Coordination Meeting.
Deluxe Package: Wedding Month Management :
This package is great for couples that just want to show up on their wedding day knowing someone has invested the time to make sure their plans were well thought out. This package gives more peace of mind, and gives you more freedom to enjoy time with your family and friends and all the special moments happening throughout the day. I join you in those final weeks leading up to your wedding day to tie up all loose ends, coordinate logistics with your vendor team, bring your vision to life, and ensure all your plans come to fruition.

● All-You-Need Wedding Planning Packet, including thorough checklists to ensure you’re crossing off all your to-do’s
● Two (2) virtual coordination meetings starting 5-6 weeks out from your wedding day
● Unlimited support / email access to your coordinator
● Access to Preferred Vendor List
● Complete assessment of your wedding plans/details:
○ Review all contracts
○ Confirm vendor day-of obligations
○ Checklist progress review
○ Coordinate all logistics with your vendor team
○ Fine-tooth comb your wedding plans/details, assessing potential missed details, possible disruptions in the flow of the day, vendor discrepancies, giving feedback/suggestions as needed, asking the right questions
● Wedding Rehearsal Coordination / Execution / Preparing Officiant if needed
Venue walkthrough
● Production of Wedding Day Guide for you and your wedding party/family–includes a seamless wedding day timeline (for you and your vendor team), detailed schedules for wedding party, bride/groom, personal reminders to wedding party
● Up to (10) hours on location day of, coordinating the timing and flow of your day, timing of reception events, time management for wedding party/family, overseeing vendor team, doing the extras such as pinning corsages/bouts, moving guests between spaces, lighting candles, etc.
● Assistance with setup (as discussed in detail ahead of time at the coordination meeting): typically 2 – 4 hours of coordinator’s time put toward any setup needed, aiming to meet as many of your set-up needs that can fit in that time frame
● Bridal Emergency Kit on location

***Wedding Management Packages do not include overnight lodging, which is required for locations farther than 60 miles from the Brainerd Lakes Area.
The wedding coordinator will work with the client to determine the best lodging solution early in the planning process.
