Day-of Coordination Service Summary

Services include coordinating from beginning to the end of your special day, up to a max of (8) hours, unless other arrangements are made and additional hours are purchased at the rate of ($150) per extra hour, rounding up if time is less than (1) hour. Additionally, the coordinator will make every effort to also include (but not guarantee) an additional (1) hour for rehearsal and an additional (1) hour for venue walkthrough if the schedule, location, and client can make it possible.

Pre-Wedding Day
● Wedding consultation meeting
● Receive a Wedding Planning Packet
● Receive Month-of Coordination Service Summary
● In-depth Wedding Coordination Meeting (6 weeks out)
● Unlimited contact with coordinator via email
● Production of a detailed Wedding Day Guide:
○ wedding day master timeline and pre-ceremony individualized
timelines for: bride, groom, wedding party, and vendors
○ ceremony schedule, vendor contact list,
important persons contact list
● Review of vendor contracts
● Confirm arrangements, check delivery date, arrival times, quantities
of rentals, etc with all vendors/venue(s)
● Detailed timeline will be sent one week prior to your wedding day to
all vendors for review
● The Wedding Day Guide with all the timelines will be emailed to you
(3 weeks out), proofed by you, printed, and distributed at either the
rehearsal or day of your wedding
● Confirmation of all wedding vendors
● Final meeting/phone call (one week out from wedding day)In-depth Wedding Coordination Meeting (6 weeks out)

Wedding Rehearsal
● Coordinate ceremony rehearsal
● Venue walk-through
● Distribute Wedding Day Guide/timelines to wedding party, family, and
● Collect/coordinate final payment for specific vendors (if needed)
● Collect wedding day items such as marriage license, guest signing
item, cake knife, cake topper, toasting flutes, favors, candles,
programs, escort cards, chargers, etc (prior to wedding day or day of

Wedding Day
● Manage the flow and timing of the ceremony and reception
● Act as a liaison between wedding party, family members, and
● Use of an extensive Bridal Emergency Kit. I’ll be ready and
available to solve any unexpected situations or emergencies!

● Distribute bouquets and pin flowers on attendants and family
● Direct photographers, videographer, musicians, rentals, florist, etc of

● Oversee set-up of the ceremony to make sure all commitments are
● Distribute final payments and gratuities as needed
● Set up all ceremony decor not handled by a specific vendor or decor
team (i.e. guest signing item, unity candles, programs, pictures, etc.)
● Direct ushers with programs and seating distribution
● Line up and cue wedding party/musicians for ceremony
● Give marriage license to officiant and make sure wedding rings are
● Collect all personal wedding items and gifts and deliver to reception
site or designated person

Cocktail Hour & Reception
● Set up all reception decor not handled by a specific vendor or decor
team (i.e. favors, menus, candles, cake knife, toasting flutes, escort
cards, gifts, charger plates, etc.)
● Manage vendor set up of reception and make sure all commitments
are fulfilled
● Bustle wedding gown(if needed)
● Line up and cue newlyweds and wedding party for Grand Entrance
● Assist band or DJ in cueing important events (i.e. grand entrance,
parent dances, cake cutting, bouquet toss, etc.)
● Cue newlyweds for all important events
● Maintain and coordinate timeline for events during reception ensuring
everything runs smoothly (up until 8 hour limit, unless other
arrangements are made)
