Tasty and Healthy for Your Body and Your Skin!

broccoli bites

As many of you know the older you get the more you need to watch what you eat and especially if you don’t like the dreaded little tummy pooch. It really doesn’t matter if your young or old after one meal of eating the wrong food combination here comes the belly…in all it’s glory.

The only thing that has worked for me is the THM way of eating. The just of the plan is to get off sugar and anything”white” and combining fuels that the body uses.  Namely, fats and carbs.

All I can say is if you’re tired of being tired, if you’re looking to eat more healthy, if you’re looking to have more energy, if you want to lose weight and be fit…this is the best way in my humble opinion:)

Many many ladies who have adopted this way of eating ( it’s not a diet it is a lifestyle change) have been able to reduce their medication or come off it completely and their Drs. are amazed.

Skin also takes a major hit from our eating habits. If you consume a lot of sugar you might get a way with it when you’re younger, but the effects of sugar will catch up with you and I can tell you..you won’t like what you see.

Eating healthy is vital for beautiful skin
